Everything was done with a field agent over the phone so nothing was explained to us about the amount of time that we would need the truck for. So when we only used the truck for 2 days instead of 4 we were not allowed a refund on the difference. The "manager" Macey was extremely rude, and very condescending. If she is your phone representative you should do better. I am very disappointed by the way we were treated.

The girl working there had no clue that we were picking up the one truck in their parking lot. She was kind and helpful in contacting the store owner who was most unprofessional. I had done online check in, yet had to do everything again. We were on a tight schedule already and had to switch our pick up location to this one 15 minutes out of our way. This may be our last time using Uhaul for a move.
John CIt was hard to find this U-haul location, the front door was locked, and it was very confusing where to leave the key. I would hate to have had to pick up a vehicle from this place.
