The girl working there had no clue that we were picking up the one truck in their parking lot. She was kind and helpful in contacting the store owner who was most unprofessional. I had done online check in, yet had to do everything again. We were on a tight schedule already and had to switch our pick up location to this one 15 minutes out of our way. This may be our last time using Uhaul for a move.

It was hard to find this U-haul location, the front door was locked, and it was very confusing where to leave the key. I would hate to have had to pick up a vehicle from this place.
