Didn't go thru the trailer with me I didn't know about the fenders of the car trailer that can swing out of the way and couldn't open my doors once I loaded my car

Tried to report trailer issue to employee upon return. Employee had challenges understanding due to language barriers.

Language barrier with attendant. Took almost 1 hour for attendant to complete reservation and give us the truck keys. Truck had zero oil. I mean zero. Had to put in a quart then forgot to submit receipt so paid for it myself. Oil should be free at time of use. Day of pick up: call to confirm Calgary location. They say no trucks were available and confirmed me at another Calgary location. Get to second location to pick up truck and find out they had none available. Had to drive 1 hr away (to the Longview location) to get truck as it was the only one in the area available for immediate use. Pleasant customer service however completely disorganized system.

People working there didnt really know how to handle the situation. Said u haul pays them to park units on site but they don’t do much else.

Not happy with having to go to Longview to pick up the trailer when I booked the trailer in Calgary one week ahead of time.

the side mirror wasnt attached and I had to repair it before i could drive it.

Location was booked for Okotoks location pick up. A day prior we were advised we needed to pick up in Clareshome. We incurred additional costs for milage overage and additional fuel costs. If the location in Okotoks is unable to provide the service, then why were we able to book and confirm our reservation?

The fact I had to go to Longview as the trailer I had reserved in North Calgary was stolen and I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there and delayed my move by 4-5 hours and lost people I had lined up to help me was beyond unacceptable. A simple anti theft device for trailers would of prevented the loss of your trailer and me driving 3 plus extra hours in an already long process. Closing out my mother in laws estate was already a bad situation that your company made even worse.
