Would never recommend this U-Haul place ever again. Being over charged 116km is ridiculous. I rent U-Haul’s all the time and never had this happen to me. Take away this location. They’re scamming people by driving around the trucks and adding more mileage to get the customer to pay more. Disgusting behaviour. Will never come to this location ever again. So unprofessional. When I called him and informed the man in charge. He was stuttering and saying he has no control over this and that’s how things work. Thankfully to an amazing customer service representative. She was able to refund us our money from his wrong doing. Like I’ve mentioned before, never coming back to this location. Would never recommend
