Probably the worst place to rent U-Haul in south oshawa. I have always been picking my U-Haul from the munchies store at king and Thornton, but I don’t why U-Haul changed the location here on the day before the pick up, and boy worst experience ever. This guy working on the weekend was the most unprofessional customer service person I have ever seen. Highly recommend going for a different U-Haul location other than here.

faisal oThe stuff that I dealt with was not only professional but he was accommodating and very friendly and helpful. I have rented a few U-Hauls over the years and this experience was by far the most Pleasant. Well absolutely recommend this location and will use them again.
ROXANNE CCustom service is terrible, the rental ( van/ truck) was extremely dirty from inside, so much so, that there are oil stains on the internal side of the dashboard. The way the person who provided the keys spoke was extremely rude. They kept on mentionion the previous owner/ new owner situation (which is none of the concerns of the any customer, including myself). Feedback is : need to improve on cleanliness of the vehicle and for better customer service.
