You need to have an actual uhaul business lot storage sales facility and employees working there. This Lorett location is unorganized and has no room to store equipment and supplies needed to move people ( could not get Dollie’s or blankets boxes needed. I ordered online from head office and there were no Dollie’s or blankets in the truck or at facility. It’s also a long way to go to get a truck from Steinbach I used uhaul several times. Everyone was friendly but your service does not work well or at all in st Ann or Lorette not Steinbach and lots of people moving in and out of this area. Also cracked pottery was left scattered in storage floor of truck not swept out.

Colleen MChecking in took forever. Trailer parked in a grass parking lot that was uneven. Trailer hitch laying on the ground almost impossible for one person to hook up. Staff unfamiliar with check in. Pre booked online but that didn’t seem to help.

Kendal HThe staff wasn’t ready. Didn’t know how to deal with uhaul clients. Nobody checked the car with me. I returned the car and nobody did the checkout. This morning I got a call to check for my “overdue” return. When I said the service was bad she corrected me and said I was wrong and the location is actually excellent. Didn’t let me talk and hang up on me when I tried to make a complaint. Will never book again
Fabiola DI think I would have to give this location a little better rating than average, say 3 1/2 stars because of their helpful staff . However, more of them should be trained to handle the booking as there was a significant delay when picking up the trailer due to only one person being able to do it .
denis rMake sure the car is ready to be taken as soon as the customer comes for pickup. It took me another 30 min to take the cargo van.
PERCY MThey gave me a van not the small truck that I need, it ended up not useful and the big furniture that needs to move wasn’t able to move, such a waste of time and effort getting it from a far location like Lorette!

RICHARD RI rented U-haul equipment many times across ND,SD,MN,SK,MB.Your people always hooked the equipment and checked the lights,befor they let me go.this time the deal happened at chicken chef restaurant, where a was told:You know where the dolly is, go and get it.so I did.when I hooked it up and went to check lights, there was no tail light on the right side, missing.i went back to tell her, because she did not no about it and she told me she would not charge me for the dolly.Well,you know I got charged for it.not fair and very dangerous.
IVAN PPick up and drop off took an extreamly long time. The vendor did not seem to know how to process the paper work during pick up and drop off. Much confusion and wasted time.

Yi LI picked up a vehicle and it looked like it had been ran through a field both inside and out. The equipment I had ordered and expected to be with the van wasn't there at all.

GEORGE EI was on time for pickup but they were not aware that there was a uhaul pickup scheduled. They were not ready for me. between having computer issues/ not being prepared and the system not recognizing my ID, it took a substantial amount of time and made me late. On drop off, the location was closed at the scheduled time and so i just hoped it worked out, When I called the location later in the day to confirm the staff, didn't really know what to tell me and could not confirm if it was returned or not, As "I wasnt here" they took my number to recieve a phone call on monday, (Return was Sat, A.m.) which I did not recieve, When i called on Monday they said that they marked it arrived but I would have to confirm with uhaul as they did their job. other then that it worked out, but a little more training would fix the majority of issues.
Brett HI was sent via text message to drop the Truck off at the Esso in Lorette MB, Which was 25 minutes from the city I moved to. The lot is so incredibly small I would NEVER of been able to fit a 26' truck in there. I ended up finding an empty lot down the street that had other Uhaul trucks parked there, Then walked to Esso to drop off the key, Turns out the Esso was not the place to drop off the key but it was at a chicken restaurant another 10 minute walk down the street. Finally there I was able to find someone to could return the truck. After having a incredibly stressful move, dealing with this and having so much time wasted was an awful experience. I likely will have to rethink using Uhaul in the future.
