Truck was in poor condition. I got charged for things I wasn’t aware I was renting. (6 Furniture pads) If I knew I was being charged 30 extra dollars I would of left them in the run down parking lot. What kind of business sneak charges customers?

The only problem I had was that truck should have never been rented out. There was a problem with the rear passenger tire and I had to deal with it. I was told it was not an issue but I had to put air in the tire every time I stopped. I finally had to call roadside assistance. The stop did cost me time waiting for the repair.

I arrived at Los Amigos. They were late to open. I was worried i would not get to rent my reserved truck. They did apologize for opening late. Polite at that point. I called the Van Dorne store that reserved and referred me to 16th and M. Asked them since i lived near that location if i could return it to them. Kevin said i could. I brought it there to donovan within the 8 hours i rented it he said he could not take it no one told him i would. He did call me back and said i would not be charged for returning it the next day. I was all around stresed and not handled well. I got the final bill charging me for 3 days on the dolly. Final bill and estimated bill were far off. I will call tomorrow to get this all straightened out. Im new to Lincoln have rented with uhaul and plan to again soon. But not happy right now

The parking lot is so full there is no where to park the truck when you take it back they had me move it after I was parked because it was going to be in the way of another car

I registered online for my rental. No one was at the location or answering the phone when I arrived. It took 20+ minutes to do rental once someone showed up. He didn't seem to actually know what he was doing which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was gone for barely more than an hour, came back and once again-no one was there. I had to call his cell phone, which he said he would be back in 5 minutes. Apparently he was having lunch and no one else was there? I don't know where the other person was that was helping him when I got there the first time. He told me when I picked it up there would be pads inside, even though I didn't order any... there weren't any. I'd seen the other "kid" working with him bring some in. I didn't need the pads, but don't tell me some will be in there and there not be. I was told he would credit back the safe move difference between the truck I ordered and the truck I was upgraded to and the mileage but difference between wha ti paid for and what I used for. What he adjusted didn't match this. The truck had trash and the precious renter's paperwork still inside. The inside of the building was not clean at all. I'll never return here. I've used Uhaul for countless moves in the last 6 years and all have been wonderful so I had no reservation about using them again. But this was unacceptable.

This location is home to a salvage used car lot on a former abandoned gas station. I dont expect to rent a Uhaul from a new Lexus dealership, but this one is bad. I had a reservation but it took over 20 minutes for the salesman to fill out my paperwork. Isnt that the whole point of a reservation where you already know my name, vehicle, license credit card, etc - get me in and quickly? The trailer I rented had no license plate and the trailer brakes were not operating at all. The bolts that hold the brake control were all messed up and did not engage the surge brakes. I nearly was in an accident due to them being inoperable. I can provide photos for you if someone contacts me. This is the third bad experience I have had in the last 3 times renting Uhaul equipment. Only one staff member handles ALL U-Haul transactions. If he's gone when returning rental, you are made to come back for any refunds owed to you.

They did not put the keys in the truck, I was held up for an hour waiting, and then they charged me for 4.5 gallons of fuel for a 9 mile rental !

The guy that was explaining the contract to me never said anything about gas to me at all and it charged my sister a $30 fee.

I Love The Guy(s) at this location!! I was going thru kaos, they we're MORE than uderstanding, worked with me, we're patient, considerate and compassionate of my situation!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!
