No one to check in, didn’t do any of the paperwork, had to call the mgmt and get keys from one of the mechanics and then had to walk 3 blocks to get the vehicle. Didn’t have blankets even though I prepaid. Also, receipt had the wrong location so I went to one location who redirected me to this one. No updates were given.

Truck was unwashed, windshield covered in dead bugs front wheel seal wet with grease, no u-haul rep did a walk around inspection, was not the place I selected on line will NOT use the u-haul app again
