Ordered a pickup at 10am. No one was there. The person said that he was running late and showed up half an hour later. Told me to check in on the app. Couldn't open the lock box with the code. Finally he showed up and helped get the key. Tried to leave because I was now very late (in the pouring rain, no less) and there's no windshield wiper on the passenger side. The rubber is literally hanging off and the metal was scraping the windshield. So I had to go back inside, where the man had to call his supervisor and be walked through the process of giving me a different truck. That took another 15 minutes and now I am VERY late. I'm told that I will get a link in the app to setup the new truck and take new pictures. But when I went to take new pictures it told me I couldn't return the first uhaul because I hadn't driven it yet. So I had to go back inside again. At that point, I was told to take a picture of the dashboard and just go. So, the entire time I was driving the Uhaul I was nervous that I had not properly checked out the vehicle I was in and that any insurance coverage I had purchased wouldn't be valid. The entire experience was absolutely awful and I will not be dealing with Uhaul ever again.
