I cannot believe I paid $230 + 30 in fuel for a 1 day rental. It is what it is but what a ripoff. Never again U-Haul.

MACE BHave them check me in on time, returned on the 8/12, they didn't actually check me in until 8/14 and I got charged for an extra day. Called the main uhaul line 3 times and not resolved.

Terry KThis guy had no idea what he was doing. He had to make phone calls and be guided through the rental process over the phone using live video. The trailer I rented had not been cleaned out!
