This location was fine and the staff was friendly. My issue is with Uhaul, I reserved my truck a week in advance then to be called a day prior that they dont have any trucks the size I need. Uhaul tried to send me to a place 20 minutes away from me and refused to give me any discount on mileage. They didnt even try offering a bigger truck or any type of way to make up for the massive inconvenience they caused. I may have to look at Penske next time for a moving truck.

Daniel SThe location is ok, but it's not very well laid out for managing the trucks/vans. There's no light at night to take better pics of the vehicles. The vehicles are parked right next to each other so it's hard to take good pics. Also, the back of the truck was not swept and was dirty. I had to clean it before I used it. The front cab area is dirty and the driver's side seat leans to one side. The windshield appears to be taped in at the top. Not what I would have expected. There was another 10' vehicle on the lot that was in much better shape, but the app already put me in the old jalopy.

James RFrom a service perspective, checking truck out and then back in was very good. Very helpful folks. Interior of truck was not clean, had some garbage in it from prior usage. Terms and conditions of rental not clearly spelled out. At completion of rental, overall cost was somewhat of a surprise.
