The Uhaul was really a not well together truck. It was as if the cab was trying to come apart at the back where it connects to the storage part and the driver seat was all torn with stuffing coming out. I started itching like 30 minutes into driving it and with it being just a small bump, me and my husband took it to be a mosquito bite but later on I found out different. After returning the vehicle, I went home took a shower and was breaking out with small bumps and they became very itchy. Don't know if it was the cleaning chemicals they use when sanitizing the vehicle and or if it was probably infested with something....other than that I got from point A to point B without any other problems.GLORIA B.

Although the truck appeared to be clean, there were actually ants in the cab of the truck. I was actually five times. This isn't so good for an individual who is allergic to ants. Other than the ants, the process went well.Kristy D.

All vehicles should be Non-Smoking. The truck wreaked of smoke. My truck got switched to a larger one and then back to the size I wanted but had to go further to get it. The person I talked to at Lovejoy location was very helpful and nice and suggested the app and I really like the app.Kenneth S.

The uhaul has a funny smell. It could use a wipe. Also, the lock does not work for this uhaul so I had to purchase my own lock.KAREN F.

I booked a 12x6 enclosed trailer from a large location the night before. My order was booked, confirmed, and paid for. When I arrived on time, the previous renter did not show up with the trailer. After 30 minutes another trailer was found that was 39 minutes across town! So, considering I needed the trailer and I had to burn another 1-2 hours at that point I went ahead a got the trailer! I asked for compensation and was given $20 off my total order. This was somewhat acceptable but, U-haul should have just given me the day free. I understand somethings are out of companies control, I just think they could've done a better job with making swifter arrangements for me. Such is life!Jared P.

What has U-Haul come to lately . They are turning into scammers and thief's are in charge of entire departments wow... Ok first it took me 3 hours to get the U-Haul from this rude racist man . He spoke to me like he was above me and any suggestion I made were completely ignored or laught at . The truck was filthy and smelled like beer and cheese and feet . I told him about it and 35 mins later he told me it smelled fine . Takers it or leave it but you paid your day . No refunds . Long story short we needed the truck longer because f movers U-Haul set up and suggested never showing up 2 times 3 time they carried 3 items then left . I extended the time to 1 week and this is when auhaul recovery team and and stole my U-Haul they cut my lock and left it as a taunt. My 8000 watt generator was thrown off the truck and badly damaged .my sons bike was also destroyed throw from the truck then run over and bent up . My dewalt air compressor was damaged and all this was seen by people around my business and from employees around the business complex . Inside the U-Haul my wallet with 400+ dollars was taken and y credit cards were thrown in the grass and bushes . I was really mad and called U-Haul right away and demanded a gm call me ASAP . Well the guys who did the damage and took my things called me instead . Very unprofe ssional ... and now they are trying to destroy my credit cards . I have charge attempts of 360.00? $282.50,,, another for $652.00 and other or 80.00 and about 5 or 6 more random charges. So beware U-Haul still has not resolved this issue and this a going on a month now give or take a week. They are lucky I'm not suing them for the damages to my things ...
