Bookedarrived. The truck is parked. A 10 AM reservation for the next day, and upon arriving at the store, no one was there. I called and waited around for 15 minutes until someone came. The truck is parked at a weird angle as if they want you to hit the other trucks on the way out, but it was smooth inconvenient

TYLER L.Staff was not present and it took a long time to complete the self pickup with the app and had to call for help several times to finally get the truck. It's not as easy and efficient as started using the app and it took much longer.
Nadine A.One of the storage units had someone obviously living there. They must be peeing outside the unit because the smwll of urine was overpowering. Had to unhook the trailer and park where instructed with no assistance from the staff. Due to space limitations had to remove trailer from vehicle and push around manually to place where instructed, again no assistance from the staff.
