The truck I rented had serious frontend issues, it was difficult keeping the vehicle in lane. That was first problem.. The second was I was charged additional $49 for milage I not not use... (I've calculated myself, besides, not far to go in a broken truck, this was a neighborhood rental). This location WILL rip you off! I've looked into reviews from this location and and found similar problems. I will escalate this matter!!! No one takes advantage of me!

makalani DBookedarrived. The truck is parked. A 10 AM reservation for the next day, and upon arriving at the store, no one was there. I called and waited around for 15 minutes until someone came. The truck is parked at a weird angle as if they want you to hit the other trucks on the way out, but it was smooth inconvenient

TYLER LStaff was not present and it took a long time to complete the self pickup with the app and had to call for help several times to finally get the truck. It’s not as easy and efficient as started using the app and it took much longer.
Nadine AOne of the storage units had someone obviously living there. They must be peeing outside the unit because the smwll of urine was overpowering. Had to unhook the trailer and park where instructed with no assistance from the staff. Due to space limitations had to remove trailer from vehicle and push around manually to place where instructed, again no assistance from the staff.

Michi MIt’s completely insane that if someone I know owes y’all money then I can rent a uhaul, I wasted time and money dealing with y’all this morning over some eflag crap or whatever because someone who the contract wasn’t even with and was not even driving the truck owed y’all. I have always returned my vehicle on time clean and with gas I don’t even owe y’all personally. This is complete Bull shit

BRIAN AMy drop off time was 9am, they didn’t open until 10am, so I waited for almost an hour. When I gave the representative the keys, i asked if anything else was needed from me. He said if the gas was put back and the truck was clean, it would be good. I informed him of the gas and he said it should be ok. We even put the tank at 1/4 and I was charge for the gas that wasn’t there to begin with.

MARQUES PFirst of all, my pickup time was for 11:30 am Saturday morning, I arrived at 11:20 am and the office door was locked with the open sign in the window. I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I call Uhaul main office to report that their rep wasn’t on-site, and as I was on the phone the rep showed up 15 minutes later. I was very upset to say the least.

Abigail AI have been using uhaul for many years and this is the first time that it was the most unpleasant experience. The place doesn’t open until 10am and the office is the worst atmosphere. The truck that was given to me was dirty, This truck needs to be retired. The only positive was the young lady that attended me. She works in the worst conditions. But she is pleasant and very professional. This location is the worst representation of uhaul. The only reason I used them was because they had a truck not far from where I was living at the time.

DAVID MI was overcharged for mileage I did not use, had to return to business thankfully I took a picture of mileage before I left business and had a time stamp to prove I was telling the truth. The young lady had to cash app me due to the negligence and me overcharged.

KEVIN CThe staffs at this location are very friendly. I visit two other offices before coming to this location and they both ran me away. This location may not have what you need all the time, but they are the friendly and will help you locate the equipment you are looking for.
