Had an emergency which caused an hour late return & rental being returned by someone else other than the renter. Called & U-haul was very understanding.

SYDNEY SMy suggestion is to lower the mileage rate under the rate to .75 per mile. also provide senior discount 60 and older. Provide more U-Haul Van's Thank you!

henry tThe office smelled bad, like someone lived there. Thr agent was very dry and gave the energy that he has been there a long time. The parking is also inconvenient.

SHARON BPeople should know before they come here that no one is there. Why wouldn't the reservation say that specifically, I like checking in and out without a counter but at least let me know what I'm doing. I stood outside in the heat having to call uhaul to be walked through check in and then the app wouldn't load the photos and then the truck was dirty in the cab and the back and I had to clean it because I didn't want to get charged extra for a mess I didn't make. Gas was not on full and because the pics qouldnt load i just returned it on full because thats what the app said it was on. One of the most frustrating rentals ive had in life, so many things could have been better. There were 2 customers when I got there and when I walked up they asked if I worked for uhaul. They had no clue there was no service at this location either. They could at least put up a sign or something, so we k on what we are doing.

Jennifer MThe truck I rented had serious frontend issues, it was difficult keeping the vehicle in lane. That was first problem.. The second was I was charged additional $49 for milage I not not use... (I've calculated myself, besides, not far to go in a broken truck, this was a neighborhood rental). This location WILL rip you off! I've looked into reviews from this location and and found similar problems. I will escalate this matter!!! No one takes advantage of me!

makalani DBookedarrived. The truck is parked. A 10 AM reservation for the next day, and upon arriving at the store, no one was there. I called and waited around for 15 minutes until someone came. The truck is parked at a weird angle as if they want you to hit the other trucks on the way out, but it was smooth inconvenient
