I think I was overcharged. I went 12 miles and in addition to charging me $0.79 per mile I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. It is hard for me to believe that your truck gets 6 miles to the gallon. You advertise $19.95 rental and it costs $57.99 to go 12 miles. What every happened to truth in advertising.

I requested a U-Haul dealer that would be open for us to pick up as I couldn't successfully register on my phone. Instead U-Haul had our truck parked at a closed business. We spent well over an hour on the phone with U-Haul til they could give us the code to get the keys. I never received my phone on the day before pickup as promised. We will never use U-Haul again.

I was pleased with the location but not with the overall service related to this rental by UHaul. I scheduled weeks in advance to pickup a truck in the King of Prussia area and return in Lancaster and a day prior was emailed confirmation that the truck would be picked up over and hour and over 20miles in the opposite direction (northeastside of Philadelphia), had I not read carefully and called to change this it would have added significant time and difficulty to the move on top of the additional cost it added. I did speak with customer service who explained how you scheduling is done (can not say i think its a best practice) and that this is how we always do it. Frankly at that point I didn't want to hear company policy as I'd already expressed my displeasure with the scheduling, a phone call would have been appreciated to figure something more reasonable out rather than just update my order without any concurrence.

Frustrating service! I signed up for self early pickup using the U hal app and they forget to setup things. As a result I had to wait for one hour until the store open. I had paid people waiting for me to do the job. Truck is OK but not a very new one like you expect on rental business.

Worse experience ever. Uhaul transferred my contract from a hitch center to this location promising that LTG tire will load my car. LTG refused saying as a dealer they wouldn't do it. I asked U-Haul that the tow dolly need to be removed for loading and then reattached for loading. U-Haul said LTG will do it. LTG removed the car tow dolly and said I need to reattach the tow dolly myself. No one even came to the front desk. They were only answering phone calls from the garage behind. Finally one guy came and attached it. As much as LTG was not very helpful, U-Haul has to bear much of the blame. First for giving dealership to places like LTG. Second, their customer service was very poor. It takes nearly 30 min of wait time and even their customer service have communication gap. Everyone says different things. Don't bother renting from LTG or U-Haul especially if you are going on a long trip. In addition to moving stress, you will have more stress renting from U-Haul or LTG

I have rented trucks online 9 times this year, and with every rental I declined the extra insurance, and every time the insurance was added on anyway, once I got to the pick up location. Not sure if this is an unethical way to extract more money from your customers or a computer glitch. I'm more likely to believe the reason for this automatic additional charge is the former rather than the latter explanation. Not cool. I don't like to be tricked.

I ordered a dolly to go along with the truck and the dolly was no where to be found. The truck also has some pretty large scratches and scuffs that were not shown on my check-in pictures.

I specifically declined the safe move coverage from my rental, and it was still added on each time - seven times - I rented the truck. Either there is a glitch in your computer program, or this is a dishonest ploy to extract more money from your renters. I probably won't recommend U-Haul to anyone because of this.

I show up and the guy is too busy sitting behind his desk to care about anything else. He tells me to go back the auto transport up to a fence. Offers no help to ensure I don't crash or guide me in at all. He also says “once you unload it, come in and I'll get you a receipt.” So I go and park it. Then spend 5 minutes trying to figure out how to unhitch the auto transport. No clue how. So I go in and ask for help and he just stares at me like I'm an idiot and says “just unwind it.” I give him a confused look and he reluctantly says he'll be out in a minute. Not sure what his problem was. Then he says he won't give me any paperwork but I'll get an email confirmation from Uhaul. Now the fun part comes in.... I get an almost $400 wrong drop-off location fee. Thanks for that Uhaul. No one at any point said I would get this fee. I even called customer service earlier in the day, and notified the location in El Cajon that I would be dropping it off at an unknown location as it was a cross country move and I don't know the area. I told the guy at my drop off location when I called before dropping it off and he too did not mention additional fees. So I call a Uhaul and the lady at scheduling was nothing shy of disrespectful, condescending, and completely rude. She should not be answering the phones or have a Job for that matter. She lectured me for over 10 minutes on why I should know better. Sorry, but I'm not your employee, I'm a customer. I've spent close to $10,000 at Uhaul in just over a year. Penske is my next call for my next move. I've been using your services for 15 years personally, and longer with my family. But I'm so sick of the problems I get with your company. You're welcome to offer me a credit for my truck rental; anything shy of that, and you've lost yourself a customer.

I requested on the online order, I asked in person, and the owner of LTG Tire assured me he would put it in the truck, but I never received a dolly that I paid for. Please refund that charge. thank you!

The pick up of the U-Haul was great. The personnel were great. My only disappointment was with the reservation. I told the woman I want a 10 foot truck and she gave me a 15 foot truck. She also said it would be around $32 plus the mileage and it was actually twice that.

I dropped off after hours so cannot rate all items. I appreciate the 24 hour dropoff option. Better signage indicating it was a Uhaul location would have helped to find it. I drove by it the first time, but fortunately there was one truck parked there which I noticed.

The location does not seem to have the LTG Tire sign and it was very difficult to find the place and park the U-Haul truck. Key drop location is far from the Truck parking. This location is OK if you are returning during daylight, but very difficult to navigate after dark

We had an excellent experience and are very grateful for the folks at LTG Tire, however we only ended up renting from them because our original U-Haul location failed to have our rental ready at time of pickup. LTG Tire not only had a truck available, but graciously let us pick it up within minutes of calling. Thankfully the U-Haul rep was able to transfer our reservation, but it put a lot of extra stress on the moving day, as we almost missed our appointment with the movers. Thank you to LTG Tire for saving us!

friendly staff. Truck had non-functioning passenger side headlight and barely functional windshield wipers. Driver's side door did not close easily . Made journey through rain very trying and a bit dangerous at night.
