The location was just fine. I found uhauls app to be frustrating and convoluted. It wasn't clear what I should do or when. I had to call uhaul twice to find out what we should do next. It took 30-45 minutes from when we arrived at the rental location to when we actually got in the rented truck and were able to leave. I thought I had prepared as much as possible beforehand, but I had to hunt for the next steps on the app and get guided by a customer service rep.
VAR CVery disappointed that everything had to be done online/digitally. Also disappointed that once licenses were entered, they aren’t kept on file for the next time - so have to go through all that again. The process is not at all user friendly if one doesn’t have access to computer/cell phone.
