Please check your gas level before you leave! There is no way I needed to put more than 2 gallons of gas in the van for traveling 6.5 miles! I was charged a $29 gas fee because the claim is I used more than that. It did not help he does not do the check in at the time of drop off!

kiara mI used the app to complete the drop off process with one hitch- I took numerous photos of the truck interior and exterior with my phone so I could document the condition of the truck. The app requires you to take photos using the app (you are unable to upload photos from your camera) so I had to repeat the process
