I was charged for fuel that was already in the vehicle as well as an after hours fee. The employee accepted the key and did not do any inspection nor did he inquire where the vehicle was.

SYDNEY BPlease check your gas level before you leave! There is no way I needed to put more than 2 gallons of gas in the van for traveling 6.5 miles! I was charged a $29 gas fee because the claim is I used more than that. It did not help he does not do the check in at the time of drop off!
