Experience was horrible. Mobile pickup was nearly impossible. Website worked very poorly- kept telling me my email does not exist as an account on the uhaul website, despite having had to “create an account” more than 5 times with the same email. Since this feature was not working, I had to drive to the uhaul pickup location to help my husband pick up the truck because it was not working for either of us with any possible accounts we had with uhaul. Website needs a serious overhaul
