Vehicle was out of gas when I picked it up, then when I received my receipt via email I was charged 60 miles more than I used. I was told was nothing they could do and then had to call the 800 number and had to wait 20-30 minutes to hopefully correct this error. I fortunately had taken a picture of the mileage before I left. The thing was buried in ice&snow. A lock pin on 1 ramp didn't work. After pulling it out of buried snow upon pick up took home to clean off snow&ice. Ramp kept sliding in upon vehicle touching it. Then when returned was pointed to return in snow bank&unload by myself. 4wd to pick up&put back in snow. Unloaded alone,lin S.
I think I was overcharged. I went 12 miles and in addition to charging me $0.79 per mile I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. It is hard for me to believe that your truck gets 6 miles to the gallon. You advertise $19.95 rental and it costs $57.99 to go 12 miles. What every happened to truth in advertising.Glenn W.
I requested a U-Haul dealer that would be open for us to pick up as I couldn't successfully register on my phone. Instead U-Haul had our truck parked at a closed business. We spent well over an hour on the phone with U-Haul til they could give us the code to get the keys. I never received my phone on the day before pickup as promised. I was pleased with the location but not with the overall service related to this rental by UHaul. I scheduled weeks in advance to pickup a truck in the King of Prussia area and return in Lancaster and a day prior was emailed confirmation that the truck would be picked up over and hour and over 20miles in the opposite direction (northeastside of Philadelphia), had I not read carefully and called to change this it would have added significant time and difficulty to the move on top of the additional cost it added. I did speak with customer service who explained how you scheduling is done (can not say i think its a best practice) and that this is how we always do it. Frankly at that point I didn't want to hear company policy as I'd already expressed my displeasure with the scheduling, a phone call would have been appreciated to figure something more reasonable out rather than just update my order without any concurrence.Kevin F.

Frustrating service! I signed up for self early pickup using the U hal app and they forget to setup things. As a result I had to wait for one hour until the store open. I had paid people waiting for me to do the job. Truck is OK but not a very new one like you expect on rental business.Vasco B.

Worse experience ever. Uhaul transferred my contract from a hitch center to this location promising that LTG tire will load my car. LTG refused saying as a dealer they wouldn't do it. I asked U-Haul that the tow dolly need to be removed for loading and then reattached for loading. U-Haul said LTG will do it. LTG removed the car tow dolly and said I need to reattach the tow dolly myself. No one even came to the front desk. They were only answering phone calls from the garage behind. Finally one guy came and attached it. As much as LTG was not very helpful, U-Haul has to bear much of the blame. First for giving dealership to places like LTG. Second, their customer service was very poor. It takes nearly 30 min of wait time and even their customer service have communication gap. Everyone says different things. Don't bother renting from LTG or U-Haul especially if you are going on a long trip. In addition to moving stress, you will have more stress renting from U-Haul or LTGSivakumar R.
The truck's a/c was terrible. When I drove it above 50 mph, the a/c didn't work good at all.Albert D.
