I was unable to pick up using the mobile app and I was not able to pick up at the time desired because the location did not know how to do this. Better training is needed to provide a good customer experience. I was also given the wrong truck and it was a big hassle to check the truck back in because of this.

Staff was friendly on-site and did their best to be helpful. The uhaul app was not functioning well and because of this I had to wait a long time for check-in, standing outside in the sun for about 20 minutes. Location was inconvenient and there was significant oil-change customer traffic.

Have truck to me on empty. Literally watched to see if I made it to gas station. Guys were nice though.

First off the customer service was horrible they acted as if I was bothering them, 2nd the truck I was given had a broken passenger side mirror that made it almost impossible to see to back up and lastly was told there was a quarter tank of gas in it and I was to return it with a quarter tank, well there was no quarter tank in it went 10 miles and low fuel light came on and I had to stop and get gas. I even stopped a second time upon returning the truck just to make sure it was returned on a quarter tank. Returned the truck ten mins before the place closed and the service man said he d process the return in the morning as they were about to close and he apparently didn't want to b bothered...I review my receipt in my email today and I am charged 50 dollars for 10 gallons of gas and recpt shows their fake gas gauge suggesting that it wasn't returned on quarter tank. I not thinking did not take a picture of the gas gauge when I returned the truck so I will take the hit for this time and it will b the last time I ever use their service and will not recommend Lube Management as a place to rent a uhaul from. That was a total scam which is a shame bc I used the truck to move my 77 yrs old mother with Alzheimers into assisted living. I hope u sleep well at night n have sweet dreams of the people u ripped off.

The location and staff were great. The truck was as expected, but the computer issues were a nightmare. Took over a half hour to complete the pickup process because the computer system wasn't working properly. The return process was equally disappointing, as the "easy" return through your app ran extremely slowly, then crashed towards the end of the process. Definitely enough of a problem to make me reconsider using U-Haul again.

Very rude and unprofessional I was supposed to have the Uhaul for 24hrs returned the Uhaul in less then 24hrs and I was double charged for everything... They overdrawn my bank account making me have overdraft fees... Have always used Uhaul over any competitors... Will be using other truck options in the future... Very disappointed with Uhaul... Has definitely went downhill over the years!!

I picked up a truck that had a hole in the right front corner of the box. The manager suggested i buy the insurance incase it rainned because my stuff would be messed up. I felt that 1st of all u haul should of not rented me a truck that had been damaged 2nd if u haul was going to rent me a damaged truck they should have given me the insurance 3rd if u haul was going to rent me a damaged truck they should have given a discounted rate I was not able to load the truck as i wantedin fear that if it rained my stuff would have gotten damaged

Everything was great. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable of everything. He made sure everything was safe attached properly and working well. He also gave me advice on how to load the trailer and safe driving instructions regarding speed limit. I felt very safe and comfortable as I left the rental facility.

It was rediculous that I had to go to a different location other than the preferred to pick up the equipment. Rediculous that i possibly would have to get the truck at one place and the trailer at another place based on how much the charge was for the rental.

Just didn't seem very welcoming today. The manager was very nice and helpful but we both said hello to staff and they acted like we were invisible made the pickup very uncomfortable as we both felt I unwelcomed. Again manger was very nice, others just pointed us to him without saying a word and then we say hello and they stare at phones and just look at us. Rented there before and staff was much nicer and friendly. I will just use different location moving forward.

Staff was fine but its just a drive in Lube place no real counter or office area. Fine for what it is but some may not find it real inviting to walk into a garage area. Again I had no issues just a comment on the set up its self.

We did not visit the drop off location- the truck had to be towed in. The truck broke down on our way to get fuel- had to wait for FOUR hours for a tow truck- billing was a nightmare- UHaul wanted to charge us for fuel- fueling charge and LATE fee while we were still trying to straighten out the mess! Our credit card was charged without our authorization and while we were still trying to get answers- not great customer service. Not to mention all of the phone calls we had to make- take a look at our file- still there was no follow up to the transaction- just a standard email that our card had been credited for some of the UNAUTHORIZE charges. JEEZ

Overall the customer service is great at all of the U-haul locations that I have used. My only issue is with the pricing of the rentals. In Florida I paid $45 to rent a 4x8 trailer and take it to Ohio. In Ohio I paid $344 to rent the same 4x8 trailer and take it back down to Florida. The difference in rentals is absolutely ridiculous. Ultimately, everyone would have had the same inventory in the end. I understand some cost difference but that is just unacceptable. I paid the $344 rate because I had no other option. Due to the absurd difference in pricing, I will just invest in a trailer of my own and will use another provider when we move out of Florida and go back to Ohio in the near future.

The 4 wire extension cable for the trailer lights, turn signals, and brake lights was cut in several places, therefore the trailer lights did not work properly. Before I left the vendor's property he did not check to see if the lights were working properly. I did not discover this problem until I had the trailer at my home and checked to see if the trailer lights were working properly and discovered they were not. Fortunately, the cable on my van is long enough that I removed the 4 wire extension cable from the trailer and was able to plug into the connector mounted on the trailer frame. I was on a tight time schedule and I could not return to the vendor's location to have the problem fixed. This car hauler trailer, AT 5578W, has to be serviced. Additionally, a packet of information that was provided by the vendors in my two previous rentals from U-Haul was not provided by this vendor. There was not contact information for Road Side Assist on the sheet of paper that this vendor printed out for me. All that was furnished on the piece of paper was the web address: myhaul.com, no actual phone number. At the bottom of the piece of paper it simply said: Questions or need help? Call me (330) 759 1438

The problem is not the location but rather how I go to that location AFTER going to the location I was initially told to go to. Then none of my reservation papers where there, Rachels Hot Spot could not get them because you system was down and then that poor guy had to put up with the fact that you run a bait and switch operation on the cost of the truck and the included mileage. Straighten out your business practices.. Quite making the franchisee's take the brunt of your problems

I received the truck with just under 3/4 tank of gas when the paperwork said it was 3/4 and when I put fuel in the truck on its return, I put in just over 3/4 but when I got my final bill, I was charged for fuel showing it was under 3/4 of a tank. The truck was parked on a slight upward hill which may have caused the reading they got when they checked it in. That didn't make me very happy. My wife can attest to me putting enough fuel that read over 3/4 of a tank. I only drove 41 miles and put 8 gallons of fuel in. That would mean your truck got 5.2 miles per gallon. So being charged another 1.7 gallons is redicdiculos. That would put the MPG @ 4.2 miles per gallon. Give the trucks out with a full tank, then there shouldn't be any issue.
