Kelly MTold to hook up trailer and then go into store. Trailer was difficult to load by myself. Very heavy. I thought there was an adjustable wheel on front of trailer to attach. I mentioned that to one of the guys that came out to take a picture and he said I should have asked for help.

DAVID RI needed a 15 foot van for a couple of hours and noticed that this location had one. Even though someone had reserved the van for that evening, the owner allowed me to rent it provided I return before the other customer's pick-up time. The owner didn't know me but took a risk. I completed my move in plenty of time before the next rental. I appreciate the owner for trusting me to return before the next rental, and he made sure that I had had a positive experience. I highly recommend his services.
Gary DClerks at store lack training. Tires on trailer were dangerously bald. After over an hour delay because clerk wasn’t trained. I just kept trailer and took back roads to my customer’s house.

John TI had a very good experience. The fellow there was most friendly. I do advise checking in online, as this is a local convenience store and can be busy at moments. I still got setup and rolling fairly quickly considering the clerk was multitasking. I like this location as it is close to home.

I followed their instructions and (including my drive time) within the hour, I was on my way with my rental. It was all pretty easy and the staff treated me like we were old friends.

Scott STruck was dirty and seal around windshield was taped down. Truck had a difficult time breaking and shook really bad. Brakes need to be checked for sure. Didn’t feel safe. Drove way under the speed limit the entire time.

Richard PThey charged me $20 for evening drop off I've never been charged for drop it off after uhaul was closed. I had a 6hr rental. I picked it up at 630pm and dropped it back off at 11pm. When I called and asked about the change they gave me the run around.

Michael DThere seemed to be some confusion about the processing of my rental - it took about 15-20 minutes to pick up the truck so that made the experience a little less satisfactory. Secondly, the truck I rented had a error message that read "Left RR Tire Low - Add Air" (or something similar) and I nor the rep at the location knew exactly what that meant, so the maintenance aspect could've been better as well.

BRIAN DThis is a dual business. On my return date, there was only one person working. He had to run the register with multiple customers and take care of me dropping off the trailer. He called his manager who said he’d check the trailer in online. When I received a call from the regional manager the next day, I realized he didn’t do what he said. Luckily I had pictures to prove I turned it in. Regional manager was very friendly and helpful though.

CHRISTOPHER VPick up location was switched the day before and was a longer drive to pick up and caused an inconvenience. Drop off location was changed last minute!! I was literally driving to drop off the truck and was only 5 minutes away to agreed upon drop off location when I got the text to drop it off at another location. I proceeded to take the truck to my original drop off location and was approached by an angry employee saying I had to go to take the truck to the other location and I refused. I had to force her to receive the truck as I did not have the time to drive to a location that was farther than the agreed upon location on my receipt!

Tom BThe man at the store that I picked up the trailer from was not very friendly. I am a military veteran so my hearing is not good. While backing my truck up to the trailer I was having a hard time hearing the directions from the associate. He became very irritated due to having to repeat himself. Other customers at the store noticed I couldn't hear him and started assisting me with the instructions to back up. Once he had the trailer on the ball I was hooking up the safety chains on my side. He told me to leave them that he would get them. He proceeded to twist the chains on the trailer to shorten them. Being in the military and having towed many trailers I know this is not the safe thing to do. He insisted that they remain that way. He was very unprofessional. Upon returning with the trailer there was only a young lady working in the store. She was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately that meant there was no one to assist with unhooking the trailer. Due to my disability from back surgery this was a very difficult task for me to perform. Needless to say I will not return to this location for any U-Haul products.
Kevin BImprove the functionality of the app. Once I got there, after being told online that I would be able to check in on the app, no option was given to me (I design apps for a living, so I know how to use them). I had to go inside instead, and if I was not running late, the store would have been closed. Also, I stated that the truck cab was dirty when picking it up, then at truck return I was asked if it was clean enough for the next family. Even though I told you it was dirty when I picked it up, by answering "no it is NOT clean" I was automatically charged for cleaning. I had to restart the return and state that it was clean, even though it was never clean, in order to remove the nonsense charge. Your app should recognize that it was dirty to begin with, rather than auto charging the honest customers a fee when it should be charging the one previously, who lied.

Leanne SA big improvement would be the price and time. I needed a tow dolly for literally 1.5 hrs if that. Why not have 2,4, then 6 hr rental. Not everyone needs 6 hrs and pay $48 for 2 hrs.
Bryan HTires were all different pressures, one had only 20 psi in it which could have failed under load on the interstate.

JOhn RCharged for an extra day when the store was open till 9. The rental period from 10-8. We returned at 8:45 and was charged an extra day even though the owner told us it was okay to drop it off after 8.
Candace FOnly issue with this site is the split focus between convenience store, gas, and Uhaul. Representative was friendly and personable. Did NOT put in the desired drop-off location I wanted. Also, no paperwork was provided ... it was all thru email.
