The truck was dirty. It smelled like cigarettes. The transmission light was on. The flat tire indicator was on. It was a busted truck. I was told there was nothing else to use. I had already called the 800 number when I was leaving with the truck and then when I got back when I was done with my usage, the customer service lady was just rude as can be and said that she hopes I don’t get any kind of refund because I asked for a discount the morning of and I was just looking for anything to get a discount I wasn’t but I did ask if there were any kind of discount because who doesn’t want to save money but the truck was nasty. It wasn’t swept out. It was absolutely filthy. It smelled like cigarettes. There was trash all in the cabin. It looked like it had been broken into.

Great transaction
Alffred CPrevious customer left a couple of things in the truck and hadn't swept it out, but it wasn't a big deal. It was a big deal that the furniture dolly that we paid to rent was not available - in fact, the person at the location said that they don't have them at that location, yet the website offered it. We were relying on that dolly and not having it made our move a bit more difficult for us. And, of course, they weren't able to refund me at the rental location; I have to call Uhaul. The location was very convenient for us and even more so because there's a gas station at the location making it very easy to fill up the truck after our rental.
Michael CThe roll up door was in disrepair and wouldn’t close. Managed to get it operational but was a struggle. All other aspects of the experience went smoothly. Also a few items were left in the cargo area when I picked it up.
BRYAN MDon’t charge your customers 44 cents for 4 tenths of a mile overage. Beyond Stupid.
