Employee was parked on the pad, so I had to pull into a muddy field. The store smelled so bad I had to wait outside. The employee did not know how to process me and AGAIN I had to talk to someone else on the employee's cell phone to process the return. There was only one employee, so my return was interrupted every time a customer came in. The store is disgusting.

-It took 45 minutes to get the Uhaul -It took 30 minutes to drop off the Uhaul -The customer service was very poor -When I called to extend the Uhaul I was on a 4 way call -After extending the Uhaul for an extra day I received an updated estimate, but then once I dropped it off there as an additional $35 charge so I asked what it was for. The one salesperson couldn’t tell me what it was for, and told me to call customer service to ask -The salesperson straight up said we are new at this
Sherry KVehicle was perfect but front desk agent!!!!! If someone want to take the vehicle be prepared for spending 30-45 mins for just waiting and standing in the store. Would Not recommend ever
Vraj PThe personnel on site did not understand how to accept a U-Haul return. It took 10 minutes of a phone call for them to figure out what to do, but I never received any instructions on where to leave the trailer rental before unhooking it. The agent did not understand English.
