I originally booked at a different location and was called that my reservation moved to this location. When I got checked in, I went inside to get the keys and the guy barely acknowledged me and started talking on the phone with someone else and some other language. I didn’t know if he was talking about the rental itself or something else. Took about 10 minutes to finally get the keys. The neighbourhood and store itself was so sketchy that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal vehicle there overnight so I had someone drive me back there to take my vehicle. If I’ve ever told a reservation has been changed to this location again I would cancel my reservation and look at other options.

The process was very lengthy, about 45 minutes before we got the keys for the truck. Past experience, at other locations was just a few minutes. Perhaps more training is needed. The agent was very friendly, I don't believe he is at fault.
Robin KEmployee was parked on the pad, so I had to pull into a muddy field. The store smelled so bad I had to wait outside. The employee did not know how to process me and AGAIN I had to talk to someone else on the employee's cell phone to process the return. There was only one employee, so my return was interrupted every time a customer came in. The store is disgusting.
Alissa S-It took 45 minutes to get the Uhaul -It took 30 minutes to drop off the Uhaul -The customer service was very poor -When I called to extend the Uhaul I was on a 4 way call -After extending the Uhaul for an extra day I received an updated estimate, but then once I dropped it off there as an additional $35 charge so I asked what it was for. The one salesperson couldn’t tell me what it was for, and told me to call customer service to ask -The salesperson straight up said we are new at this
