He was rude and acted as if my drop off area wasn't his problem and when I was told to drop off there after being given the run around he told me to take the truck home and leave his lotDustin B.

Lucky Two went into my account and stole 44.00 dollars without asking!!! Then U Haul sent me to collections for 24.98. This company is a rip off. They lie and cheat the public daily. Over charge for everything. Totally disappointed with all the aggregation of dealing with idiots. Can't wait to hear what Brandon Cumming has to say. Convenience stores are not suited for U-Haul drop off or pick up. Staff are not trained enough or prepared to complete transactions properly or timely. I waited 45 minutes for someone to complete my returned and was charged again for additional days I already paid for.Richard M.

I tried five times to use the app to turn in the equipment after hours. All five times, the app would not let me submit the picture of the inside of the trailer. And I could not upload a picture from my camera roll. Plus it was midnight, so no one at the 800 number, and the store was closed. I was wet and aggravated. So I took a picture of the inside of the uhaul, took a picture of the trailer setting there at the building. And left. Maybe it was spotty cell service (even though I had plenty of bars), maybe it was the app. But I've never had such a hard time.Jeffery B.
Truck was filthy the guy didn't even come outside with me nor did he even know how to check me out had me leave copies of my information with him and then someone else checked me out hours later after we already had the truckJosh B.
