Checkout was a breeze! The entire process of renting a climate controlled first floor unit was made as easy as possible with excellent customer service! I definitely recommend this UHAUL facility!!

Patricia C | Overall ExperienceDylan was very helpful and showed us several units and even said we would get a month free with our move. We opted to do the move in when we returned the truck so we didn’t run out of time with the rental. When we returned Destiny was not very friendly. Her customer service was subpar. She didn’t honor the free one month that Dylan told us about and basically said oh well pay the $110 or don’t get a unit. She seemed very unhappy to be there and acted like it was an inconvenience to even be on her presence. An unexpected expense is something you try to avoid when moving and destiny was no help with that.
