After fuelling up I dropped off the keys and all was good. A few hrs later, while driving, the guy phoned me and told me I went over my allotted kms and needed to pay. He told me my card on file didn’t work and wanted my card number. There was no reason for my on file card not to work. I told him I was driving and wasn’t comfortable doing that. I said I would stop back in Kingston to square up. He said I would have to turn around and come back and pay him. I told him I wasn’t going to do that and that I would call him when I got home. He also said I didn’t put gas in it, which I did. I actually had called the Kingston location because I lost the sheet they gave me that tells you how much fuel is required. They emailed me a copy and I ensured it was replenished, so he was not truthful. He was rude, and when my boyfriend got on the phone to dispute this he hung up on us. DO NOT use this location as a drop off. I felt like he was trying to scam me. I would even patronize this convenience store, no wonder they have poor reviews. Never again!!!

HET PU haul was rusty. We had to get some tool to open the back door as it was rusty.
NAYANKUMAR MNot use these rude and lazy people to rent out your trucks. I've never had an experience as bad as this one. The equipment was dirty, had garbage in it and had literally garbage in the back...like it had been used to take garbage to the dump kind of garbage. The truck was due back at 3. I returned it at 2:51...and the very rude person I dealt with wanted to charge me another day saying it was due back at 2:55. I showed him my contract that said three and he was rude. I'm also owed money as I used less km's than estimated...and the person I dealt with was mad I called Uhaul and didn't return the truck cleaned. The back was cleaned as I power washed it so I could use it. I will never use this location again.

Reid FIt took the guy more than 1 hour to hand me over the keys of uhaul. He was working on the system but was having technical issues and the uhaul was so dusty inside and out. I wish I can send you guys pictures of the van.

The issue was uhaul- you guys had deleted my reservation, after already having sent my confirmation (supervisor on the phone said it was a glitch), which meant we were there for 45 mins + trying to sort everything out, very frustrating and a big waste of someone’s time who is in the middle of moving.
Dana JThe gas tank was at 1/4 when I picked it up. Tanks should always be completely full, otherwise the customer either overfills before returning, and loses money, or underfills and gets penalized. UHaul's practice of not providing customers with a full tank to begin with is a complete rip off for customers. It's why I now only rent from UHaul when there is no other option available.
Greg RU-Haul could make it easier for the location and customers by providing alternative service when reserved vehicles have not been returned by previous renters. It took the poor girl an hour to navigate your system to get me an alternate vehicle that was on site!

Christine HI found it odd that the Online Check-in metrics were in kilometers but the in person check in and the receipt were in miles. A warning about that would be nice. The attendant at the location was very friendly and helpful but he had multiple customers for other services and products my pick up process was interrupted for some of them. Thus, the wait for pick up was a bit longer than I anticipated. A general notification to allow more time for pick up might be good.

Ryan TInside van was dirty. Steering wheel had to be on a 45 degree angle to drive straight. Acceleration was poor. Once up to speed, it was ok, but getting there was rough. Gas level on guage was different than on the contract (significantly so), but by the time I looked, it was too late. No one came out to vehicle with me. I get that this was last minute, but wasn't good.

David SGas tank was not full, it was somewhere between quarter and half full, guy said "oh just fill it to somewhere over quarter full"?????????? I guess it wasn't correctly filled to the " random" amount he suggests and charges me $36 for gas. Totally unfair, i want my $36 back!
Robert BHood release did not work and tire gauge alert was on when I received the vehicle. Vehicle not suitable for use for my needs.
