We had such a terrible experience up until this point. Their customer service and pleasant demeanor really turned the experience around. Would recommend this location to friends. They were so helpful and when unsure, reached out to the area manager who was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making an over all terrible moving/uhual experience much better

This is the place that lied about the price of gas and took out more then he said he was taking highway robbery
Tena FI've used U-Haul many times. This was by far the worst pickup location. I have experienced. The staff did not know what they were doing, they tried to sell me the extra insurance when I'd already bought the extra insurance. And then I tried to ask them to confirm that I actually had the insurance when they said some people buy extra insurance, when I'd already bought the extra insurance. Then they couldn't get my credit card to work, so they had me into it manually into their computer system. And then there was the odor, the office smelled like very bad body odor. Can they not get an air freshener?
