Absolutely terrible experience. Clerk at food mart was not helpful in telling us where to park. He was very rude and got frustrated with me for not understanding him (he was not speaking English) and resulted to yelling at me and making me re-park the equipment 4 different times. We had no idea how to take the trailer off of the truck (it was done for us at pickup) and no clue how to backup truck with trailer attached. Experience was very stressful after long move. Then I get home and see I was wrongly charged for gas when I had filled it up to the point it was at when we picked it up (as directed by pickup U-Haul location).
