So this location I will never use again. To start it off the person who is In charge of the uhal government trucks wasn’t present two the process of checking in with them was slow and unorganized basically was told to go find my truck and get the key and that I was supposed to know the code to unlock the pad lock to get my key. And then the merchant who was working that day didn’t know the code so he had to call someone else and took them 30 mins to figure out the combination mean while before they had to figure it out I called uhal customer support to see if they can help me. So over all it took me an hour to even get out of this place with my rental. So I feel that I should get some kind of reimbursement for the long wait of just getting the key to my truck. So again I will never use this location again and won’t recommend this location either

Robert WAbsolutely terrible experience. Clerk at food mart was not helpful in telling us where to park. He was very rude and got frustrated with me for not understanding him (he was not speaking English) and resulted to yelling at me and making me re-park the equipment 4 different times. We had no idea how to take the trailer off of the truck (it was done for us at pickup) and no clue how to backup truck with trailer attached. Experience was very stressful after long move. Then I get home and see I was wrongly charged for gas when I had filled it up to the point it was at when we picked it up (as directed by pickup U-Haul location).
