The store had open sign but no one came to the door, called all 3 phone numbers. The area manager finally helped us out. Would never ever recommend this U haul

They should have moving boxes available
ROBERT LThe trailer had gravel and dirt in it that I had to clean out myself so they could not say it was me. The process of renting the equipment took for ever and then they messed up the contract by saying it was do the same day when I requested it the return for the next day. Will not go here again.

KAELYN SThey didn't have down what i reserved on the phone nor did they let the drop off site know we were dropping off there. Couldn't find the keys when we came to pick up the truck they were in the drop box. It took almost an hour to get this truck picked up. Location to pick up was great was just a cluster to get it picked up and dropped off at the location. Would be much easier for anyone renting from UHAUL, have the truck on full and when it is returned it needs to be on full. Make life simpler for all involved.

DONALD MThe two gentleman behind the service counter weren't familiar with the mobile check-in process as I was struggling with the check-in process for at least 30-minutes standing at the service counter. The UHAUL site was having some technical issues as I was attempting to upload the picture of myself and front and back of my driver's license. Also, verifying my emergency contact made the check-in process extremely difficult as my spouse was working and not able to check her phone, my mother didn't recognize the phone number/text. My rented vehicle had a "check engine light" showing on the dashboard and the gentlemen working didn't seem to think it was a big deal and didn't know why the light was on. This made me extremely nervous driving from Reedsburg, WI to Chicago, IL. My original reservation was to pick-up the vehicle near our home in New Lisbon, WI but I received a call that the nearest location for pick-up would be in Reedsburg, WI. This was an additional 45-60 minutes of extra driving each way to get the vehicle. I had to leave at 4:30am on Thursday morning and found out the truck had a front head-light out on the passenger's side. Overall, not a great experience for us.

Colette PLucky king storage was accommodating on my last uhaul reservation considering the uhaul site was down for hours and i had to rearrange my move to the following day which didnt necessarily work. My moving help had to be canceled so i did as much as i could alone. I am not finished moving yet but have to get it done ...

John Bi am thoroughly disappointed with uHaul. I reserved a trailer at the Baraboo location and was told the trailer would be there for my reservation date, when i arrived on reservation day and time it was not there i was sent out of my way to another location to pick up the trailer i reserved which delayed be vacation departure. When customer reserve a trailer at a location i expect the trailer to be there if it is not going to be there the point of reservation that location should get the the reservesed trailer not the customer.

ROBERT SHaving a U-Haul truck ready for me in Reedsburg was convenient. I picked it up at 4:50, but it was a bad time for the technology. It took 45 minutes to process the registration. The U-Haul dealer had to copy my car license 15 times before it all went through. It was through no fault of his as he was just as frustrated as I was. He was apologetic, but there was nothing he could do differently. That 45-minute delay caused me to be late to pick up my load, which in turn caused me to get home very late. There is no excuse for the technology glitches, caused by humans on the other end as explained to me because the U-Haul dealer has experienced that delay before. Totally Unacceptable! I understand that the U-Haul company management has been informed of this problem before and have chosen to ignore it. Again I say, Totally Unacceptable.
Francis BI had some trouble on the website so they took the time to make everything correct. The hitch was inspected before putting the trailer on.

Karen CI was told at the pickup location that the drop off location was open on Saturday. I told that pickup location that I would be dropping off the trailer at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. What they neglected to tell me was that the drop off location closed at noon. With no one to help me and no trailer jack on the trailer, I had to use my car jack to lift the trailer off of my hitch.

Suzanne PIf you are using a phone app to return your rental truck you should have WI-FI for the customers to use when there is no data service available n the area or know the passwords to your Wi-Fi. I had to go to McDonald’s up to road to finish checking in
