It was supposed to have a dolly and 12 furniture pads when we got there there was nothing. This is not a standard U-Haul facility and I would not recommend it. The guy could barely speak English. it was not even a U-Haul facility. It was a small market on the outskirts of town. Do not recommend!

We were told the tank was at a quarter tank. We check and it was. Approximately 5 minutes into the drive it drops to Empty and the gas light comes on. We went to a gas station and filled up $20. It was still on empty. We finally the trip which was approximately 50 miles. There is no way that the gas tank was a quarter full. We were charge the gas fees and so on for gas we didn't use

Not having available moving supplies (Dollies, moving pads, etc.) made it difficult to keep to schedule as I had go to a different UHaul location for those items. Had I known those items weren’t available at this location I would have opted to do rent from a different location to preserve moving time.

Vehicle gas meter shows empty where i added gas with my money . But they charged me again for three gallons . Overall miles of my rental time is not even 30mioes

This was at a little market and while doing my transaction the cashier was also helping other people so I had to stand around and wait which I don’t appreciate I was there before these other people he stops to help them. I got stuff to do and don’t wanna be waiting around while he takes care of other customers.

Check your vehicles before renting them. Cracked windshield, dirty, bad alignment, noises in front end. Not safe!!!

When I went to pick up the truck the only employee in the store had absolutely no idea how to process my reservation. Took a long time and many phone calls before she was able to get instructions. Made us much later to begin loading truck. Places that rent the trucks need to train all employees how to process these

Clean equipment before renting. Have a manager actually call a customer back when they say they will. Two different occasions not one call after being told I would be reached within 72 hours. Definitely rethinking any future business.

Truly an AWFUL experience. I first reserved only a van because i was only needing it for an hour & it was only needing to move one piece of furniture but when i went to go pick it up the guy claimed “my system isn’t letting you pick it up, you’re going to have to go to another location” but by that time it was 6pm and an actual U-Haul place were closed so i went to another pick up location and all they had was a massive truck that i got charged WAY more for. Honestly, i will be calling about this. I shouldn’t have been charged more when i was originally needing something smaller. I will NOT use U-Haul again if this isn’t something i can be reimbursed for.

I tried to check out to leave earlier, but the Uhaul device the staff operated is too slow and it wasted a half-hour to get a truck. I wish it makes it faster.
