The only thing good about this location is that it’s right next to my house. When we dropped off the truck, the guy at the counter didn’t speak English and pointed to the U-Haul box to drop keys. The issue here is that the App for U-Haul also sucks. I have always had an issue with it. I couldn’t end my rental because I couldn’t get the app to work to do it myself….then no one was available at the number on the app to speak with someone. I had to call multiple times to get my truck returned. Very frustrating.

UBALDUS SCompared to other U-Haul rental places, all he did was asked for my ID and my card I used to reserve. NOTHING ELSE, I’ve had it where I took pictures for company on how I received it. Real sloppy sub station.
PATRICIA MIt was supposed to have a dolly and 12 furniture pads when we got there there was nothing. This is not a standard U-Haul facility and I would not recommend it. The guy could barely speak English. it was not even a U-Haul facility. It was a small market on the outskirts of town. Do not recommend!
