I had previously reserved my truck online thinking that all I had to do was arrive at the location sign in inspect the vehicle leave use the vehicle and return it as I reserved it. The lady that was working the counter was rude. She was holding a non-important conversation for about five minutes when I walked in and she put her finger up at me as to say hold on, so I thought that it would be just a few minutes because she was with another customer turns out it was not another customer and she was having a personal conversation, I asked her or go to another location after realizing her conversation was not with a customer she said no and that she thought that I was someone else and that’s why she asked me to wait until she got off the phone. After getting my information in for the reservation. She assigned me a truck that had a low tire. I told her that the truck had a low tire. She called someone and asked them was the tire REALLY low or was it just a sensor instead of going out to the vehicle and inspecting it herself to see if the tire was low. She told me that I would have to get refunded because she did not have another vehicle like the one that I wanted to reserve. I asked her could she upgrade the vehicle because they should have inspected the equipment before allowing reservations. After about 45 minutes, I got a truck and was on my way. Overall experience was horrible. Lady was very rude and unattentive.
