I had some issues getting my identity verified but it was handled quickly. Downside, it has been almost 48 hours and have yet to receive my receipt.

Bill CU Haul and Moving Help from Wolf Pack saved our lives! We had to escape a bad living situation. I have a broken arm which prevents me from lifting more than five pounds. Jay from Wolf Pack had to take me location in Indiana, Pennsylvania to pick up truck for move. No Uber or Lyft was available. The key inside lock box was hard for Jay to get to and thankful that he was there. The actual loading was done quickly and Jay helped me get my dog Coco lifted up on seat. U Haul providing me the extra help in fleeing a domestic violence situation and getting us away saved our lives. One suggestion I have to people like me that have to get away quickly is to have the U Haul arrive at a preappointed time. It was difficult to use a remote U Haul pickup far away from location we were moving from, plus no Uber nor Lyft available.

Lynn VI am a 68 year old male - I did not like doing things via the telephone or online. I had to speak with the reservation managers on Friday and while they were very helpful; our initial truck request was not going to be available. We switched the rental and that went fine. However, there was a problem with the "app" when we went to pick the truck up on Sunday - it did not work because somewhere in the process, the truck was not entered into the system. We reported that the truck needed to be swept out and the furniture pads we requested were no furnished. Again the people at 724-900-2600 were great and saved the day - we were able to retrieve the truck key from the box. They also helped with the return - i had misread the gas gauge and was going to be subject to additional fees - they took care of my error. I prefer the face-to-face rental process. The phone and online thing is way out of my comfort zone. If every rental has as many issues as mine, I won't want to rent a UHaul again.
