The only issue I had was that the lockbox code (to get the keys) wasn't in the online portal, so I had to contact customer service to get it. If you could ensure it's in the portal that would help people.
ANDREW HJust a drop off location, unstaffed. Took two days for drop off to be checked in (maybe holiday schedule).
Sharon EI purposely returned the truck early as to do it in person. However, IF there was an office, I could not find it. I luckily have the app. Followed the instructions and returned it back. So, there were no personnel to interact with. The location is ok. Definitely not inviting.
