Customer service I called was excellent!
MARK LEasy self service drop off with clear instructions and signs.
Marissa LThe only issue I had was that the lockbox code (to get the keys) wasn't in the online portal, so I had to contact customer service to get it. If you could ensure it's in the portal that would help people.
ANDREW HJust a drop off location, unstaffed. Took two days for drop off to be checked in (maybe holiday schedule).
