The fuel estimation aid on the rental agreement resulted in a substantial overestimation of the amount needed to return to the starting point.
DONN LHidden charges that more than double the cost of the vehicle rental ( ((I.e. mileage fee which more than doubled the total cost of rental). End to be clearly stated along with the daily rental rate! It is exorbitant - UHaul policy,p)
JUDITH LLutz hardware location was a Great experience and very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would Highly recommend this location. My last rental with washougal food center was awful would not recommend them to anyone.

GREGORY MEverything was fine except that I was charged for gas more than needed. I was below the expected amount when I returned the truck even though I used the indicator from the receipt I got to fill up the truck before I return it. Based on the indicator, I put in the recommended 3 gallons. Granted the gas gauge was slightly below the initial spot, it was definitely not worth the extra 3 gallons I was charged on my final receipt. The extra 3 gallons I was charged were not fair.

ONIECE WWhat an excellent experience at Lutz! The manager was extremely professional, courteous and kind and so is the staff. If I rent anything going forward, it will be from this facility.

GABRIEL LThere was Dirt..on floor that when slid the bed frame in got smeared on the upholstry..it was like a thin film of mud that had dried. Hard to see that stuff tho.
JEANNE GGood location in downtown Camas. This is your quintessential hardware store and they have a few U-haul trucks. The staff checked me in quickly and were very friendly.
