Trevor KI rented a U-Haul truck there. The check-in and check-out process is super fast. Not only they clearly communicated the fuel tank policy, but also they showed me the marks on the receipt indicating the estimated Gallons needed to return to dispatched level. This information is so helpful and takes the guesswork out. They are the first U-Haul agent who pointed out this useful feature to me. I'm sure many customers have benefited from this. Indeed, Lutz Hardware has excellent customer service as others have said. BTW, they also have great hardware selections.
