Worst experience ever. The drop off location was different than what was on my confirmation. I talked to U-Haul 15 times they could never figure it out and now I got charged. Worst experience ever will never use again

No one was available during pick up or drop off. Started move 45 minutes late as a result. Also, did not elect for coverage, but was added to my order without consent.
