How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent truck pick up experience.
Stephen NThe van didn’t have a license plate on it so I couldn’t park it and had to return it early! Very inconvenient!
Dan MTruck got checked in 6 days after I dropped it off witha bill that was 3x what was quoted. Still waiting for it to be fixed.
Daniel WNo one present to help. No one answered phone number given to us by U-Haul to call. Had to figure out drop off procedure on our own.
