The process is a little cumbersome. It took way longer than we thought, and the app had difficulty taking and uploadinf photos.

Leonard B.I was supposed to pick this truck up in Williamsport. They did not have a truck due to an issue with another truck the previous day. My reservation was changed to Montoursville w/o my knowledge. Williamsport office checked me in to get the truck and then realized they do not have a truck. I feel I should have been notified in advance rather than wasting 45 minutes of my time. The Williamsport personal were nice but confused. The Montoursville personal acted annoyed. Things happen & I understand but communication could have been much better!
DEBRA N.I need 20 ft Uhal but when i call she book for 26 ft which was too big for me but she told me that some one contact you and take care of price but no one contact.me. So I called on pickup day and left message. I receive call back and after i explain my concern she transfer me to customer service but after holding for 1 hr i hang up phone. Guy at pickup location also didn't adjust price. So I end up in paying for 26 ft instead of 20 ft. Due to that i have to take a risk of driving without insurance.

ADAM K.Trailer needed rubber clips on chain hooks. I used duct tape to prevent hooks from coming loose. Also found piece of bubble rape in trailer.
Dennis T.The person checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing, and had to keep getting help. Also, although the truck was swept clean, it had an incredibly strong smell of animal urine and feces. In fact, when we opened it at our house and began to clean it with lysol, we saw that there was feces smeared on the walls, all over the ramp and stuck to the bottom of the folding door. Truly, it was gross!
