There was nothing wrong with the location. And no one was there to help me because it was closed. But the app was horrible. It would not let me check out properly. It would not let me add photos to the app. And it didn’t check out properly so something that is supposed to be more convenient became a hassle because I had to call and be put on hold for 30 minutes just to confirm check. Don’t use the app!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was disappointed with the leased pads/blankets that were placed into the van. It was only when I started pulling them out of the bag that I found that several had black strapping tape the bunched the blankets up in a manner that made them useless. Fortunately, I had leased more that needed, but had I not done so, I would have had issues.
Shawn MJeff was very nice and did a great job helping me out. Truck was easy to pick up and drop off. Great location.
