Will not ever return here again. No help from gas station tenant. Returned the vehicle clean and was still charged a cleaning fee. I made sure there was no trash and that it was in the same condition as pickup. I would genuinely like to see documentation of what was cleaned. The parking situation at this gas station location is extremely tight and difficult to maneuver a truck, which adds unnecessary stress to the return process. Hidden add-on fees after the fact feel misleading. Transparency matters. I hope management reviews how often these cleaning fees are applied and considers being clearer with customers upfront. Will be leaving online reviews if I don’t receive refund for cleaning fee.
