I tried reporting a VERY SERIOUS safety concern (store employee showing up at my home). The customer service gal is spoke to was amazing but the regional manager I spoke to didn't seem to believe me even though I came into contact with the employee AT MY HOME and at the store I rented it from. Also the store employee took a picture of my photo ID on his personal phone so now I'm even more scared about it yet I'm not being taken seriously. Very disappointing and concerning.

Had a little trouble with the online link. Couldn't send pictures. We called them and and they talked us through sending them email. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Very satisfied.
Susan EWill not ever return here again. No help from gas station tenant. Returned the vehicle clean and was still charged a cleaning fee. I made sure there was no trash and that it was in the same condition as pickup. I would genuinely like to see documentation of what was cleaned. The parking situation at this gas station location is extremely tight and difficult to maneuver a truck, which adds unnecessary stress to the return process. Hidden add-on fees after the fact feel misleading. Transparency matters. I hope management reviews how often these cleaning fees are applied and considers being clearer with customers upfront. Will be leaving online reviews if I don’t receive refund for cleaning fee.
