JAMES VHi there. The remote check in process was easy and the instructions were very clear. Thank you for that. The truck wasn't clean in the main driving area or the storage part. Luckily I had a broom where I was going so I could clean it out before I used it.
Brooke FReturn check in via the app was odd. I submitted photos twice and it errored out both times. I went inside for help and they were happy to do so. They found that the rental had been checked in already. I think they believed I had successfully checked it in via the app.

PATRICK JI did 24/7 pick up, my appliance dolly wasn't in the truck. I called customer service, they couldn't help me. They forwarded my info to the regional salesman, who only refunded half of the cost. Had to call customer service back to get rest of the refund.
Jack PI know it's the nature of the business there, but it was very dirty and disorganized. The equipment was great and customer service was friendly and helpful. However, one of the employees did swear multiple times, but not the one helping us. Not very professional. Overall experience was good.

Ian FThe companies dogs jumped on our personal truck and scratched the side of it. There was a mix up with payment on your end and cost my husband an extra 20 to 30 minutes to wait and have it worked out. The U-Haul itself could have used a cleaning.

antonio lThe location seemed like they had a bit too much going on with their other business. Also, they knew we were coming, or should have looked ahead to see that and should have had the truck cleaned off of snow and de-iced as it snowed the night before. Lastly, we were charged extra money as the location never checked the truck back in upon us returning it, which I then had to make two phone calls to U-haul to figure things out and will have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. We returned the truck the same day and it wasn’t checked backed in until Tuesday when I called u-haul. Not the end of the world but not the most convenient.

David TI wanted a 10 FT box truck and called to get it earlier - Caledonia Uhaul called me - and told me the 10 FT box truck might not be back in time and thinking of me - provided me theh 15 ft box truck - I was overwhelmed with driving this size and the cost - I tried to get truck on line and it took an hour - it was a lot of gas - and I did not need a 15 ft truck - the dispatch person said I would get a $50 separate credit for my inconvenience. Ryan AReturned it on their day off so no one to help with return process. Didn't have wheel or jack to jack the tongue off the truck. Made unhooking difficult. Fortunately I had a floor jack along. But good location for drop off.

Colleen CInterior of Van was dirty - obviously not cleaned- at all. Mobile app locked up my android phone (hard). Phone would not respond or even power down to restart. This happened on both check out and check in of the vehicle. It took 40 minutes to check the vehicle back in. The vehicle functioned well - no issues.
Paul VYou over charged me. I never got the gas credit I was told I would get because the tank wasn't at full as left. And I am pretty sure I only drove 80 miles not 120.3 miles. I am very unhappy!

Barry RI reserved on line, very easy to do. Arrived at the pick location in Caledonia, MI. My truck was ready, the appliances dolly as well. The young man who waited on me was courteous, professional and made sure all my questions were answered, we reviewed papers, the condition of the 15’ truck and he sent me on the way. I will highly recommend this UHaul location to friends and family. Thank you for a very positive experience!

Maria FThe van was filthy inside when I picked it up. The offices were chaotic, messy and dirty. No one did an in person inspection of the vehicle. It was a strange experience. I’ve rented many uhaul s in the past, and this was not the same experience.

Royal NThe place was closed but there were some workers there doing some work after hours. The key return box was hidden by the door being propped open so I had to ask some stranger if he worked there and where the key drop was located. A recommendation could be to show photos of the key box and other various things when dropping off the vehicle via the online method. You require photos from us to verify, a photo for the users would be nice as well. The photos would obviously have to depict the location of the box not just a photo of the box.
