Hi there. The remote check in process was easy and the instructions were very clear. Thank you for that. The truck wasn't clean in the main driving area or the storage part. Luckily I had a broom where I was going so I could clean it out before I used it.
Brooke FReturn check in via the app was odd. I submitted photos twice and it errored out both times. I went inside for help and they were happy to do so. They found that the rental had been checked in already. I think they believed I had successfully checked it in via the app.

PATRICK JI did 24/7 pick up, my appliance dolly wasn't in the truck. I called customer service, they couldn't help me. They forwarded my info to the regional salesman, who only refunded half of the cost. Had to call customer service back to get rest of the refund.
