Was over charged
Desiree BThis was by far my worst experience with Uhaul. When we picked up the truck, the worker said that everything needed to be done online, and was not very helpful. After we finally got checked in on our phone, we still did not have a code for the lock, which, the front desk worker than provided us. When reviewing the truck, we saw that the tires were looking rough. We pointed it out but were told to call Uhaul if there was an issue. We also recieved the truck with less than an 1/8th of a tank, and were told it was our responsibility to put extra gas in it and a credit would be given. This caused us to have to stop prior to doing the move. After we loaded, and on the way to our destination, the left front tire blew. We had to call support. They were helpful, but the replacement didn't arrive for almost 3 hours. When the technician was there, he said the front right tire was in bad condition as well, and told us we should call in a replacment for that as well. So we did, but they did not come out until after 10pm, with another 90 minute delay. Overall, it was a rough experience.

GARY FThe store employee was very nice. The problem is that she was new and the only one there. She had no clue how to receive the rental. She had to call somebody. Spent about 30 minutes trying to check in vehicle.
MICHAEL BI had a LOT of issues, but none of which are with the pick up/drop off location, but with Uhaul as a company. Also if you are needing a ramp to load, make sure you clarify the truck will have one. Never in my life have I seen a Uhaul without a loading ramp.
