I could never get anyone on the phone , no matter how many times I called. The response on the phone was either helping a customer or the mailbox was full and couldn't take any messages. Dana Finney

The store employee was very nice. The problem is that she was new and the only one there. She had no clue how to receive the rental. She had to call somebody. Spent about 30 minutes trying to check in vehicle.
MICHAEL BI had a LOT of issues, but none of which are with the pick up/drop off location, but with Uhaul as a company. Also if you are needing a ramp to load, make sure you clarify the truck will have one. Never in my life have I seen a Uhaul without a loading ramp.
ADRIEANA GWe had some issues with the uhaul app during pick up but it was easily handled going into the store.
