todd mTo rent a track was easy and convenient. There were some graffiti words sprayed on the walls of the track and it was embarrassing for me to use such an equipment. It would be respectful to the U-haul customers to clean the equipment before renting it out. Thank you for your service and much success to your business.

CHARLES EI rent all over the city. Don't miss this location. Great staff. Simple check in and out (go for the in person option, it's always better and easier). This location has never tried anything sneaky. Always dependable and great people. After over half a decade of using this location, I'd give them a 6 out of 5.
BRETT BI dropped the keys off before my cut off time and the guy at the counter didn't log that I returned it at that time, so I got charged another day because he logged it in an hour later. However, when taking out the van, he was very helpful with my registration.

WILLIAM MThe staff is friendly, but I don't think I've ever gotten a van that was really clean or had more than 3/4 of a tank of gas from this location. They also claim to charge extra for help moving the vehicles, but vehicles are sometimes parked in extremely tight spots or only very tight spots are available when returning. It's probably not the best place to go if you aren't super comfortable driving large vehicles around.
JONATHAN RThe gentleman running the site was very pleasant. However, there were several problems with the 10' cube van, not noticed until I began my 1-1/2 day rental. 1) There was garbage in the cab from (I presume) the prior renter. Used takeout coffee cups, napkins, food wrappers. 2) There was no manual in the vehicle, so I got info online (see next issue) 3) Within moments of leaving, a dash notification came on showing that one tire pressure was very low. I did not return to the location, as it was in a busy downtown location and I was heading out of the city. I drove to a gas station instead. The pressure in the tire was 20psi, so I had to inflate to 80psi as recommended. The notice came on again later in the trip (next morning) so I had to reinflate the tire. The notice came on a 3rd time, when I was returning the vehicle. 4) I drove over 300km on this rental, and much of it was in light-moderate snowfall. The van handled the snow very poorly. I drove mostly 40-50km/hr in 80km/hr roads, ie well below the speed limit. The vehicle occasionally drifted when there was just a dusting of snow on the asphalt road. I inspected the tires. They were NOT snow tires, which is hazardous in Canada in the winter. As well, the tread seemed quite worn to me. (my cargo load was not particularly heavy, by the way). 5) When I returned the vehicle to Uhaul I pointed out these deficiencies. The Uhaul worker apologized, and also suggested that the warning light was a malfunction. I pointed out that, no, the tire pressure was in fact very low (20psi). He politely acknowledged this. However, I didn't have a sense that anything would be different in the future (eg proper inspection of cabin cleanliness, a manual, or tire pressure or wear inspection). All in all the experience was at best a disappointment, and at worst potentially quite dangerous. The trip took considerably longer due to the vehicle's deficiencies, and felt unsafe. Because my moving schedule was time-limited and coordinated with other people, I felt I had little choice but to continue. As well, the experience was quite expensive--between $500-600 including gas. All in all, a poor experience.
BRYAN MThe fuel charges wasn’t reasonable at this much amount, Even when I took the van wasn’t that clean , but before I returned it I took it to a car wash and got it washed in and out in the automatic car wash ! I was so frustrated to see 14.5$ fuel charge ! But yes I was happy to be charged one day instead of 2 days when I returned the van 24 hours before ! Last, the invoice was sent 20-25 minutes after I returned the van which mean I couldn’t get chance to review it while I’m at the van location before I leave!
ALA'EDDIN AI know it is a convenience store but when I brought back the truck the guy just told me to leave the key on the counter I took a picture to show I left it on the counter as I didn't want anyone to say I didn't as anyone near the counter could easily pick up the key and leave with the truck. They should make the time to check in the keys just saying
CHRISTINE CI booked my track one month before my move, even every week I called them to not be surprised at the they of move, a day before that they called me and say we don’t have truck for tomorrow, instead they gave me truck for another day and increase the price $300, it was changed all my plans and was an awful experience, I would never suggest U-Haul to my friends.

QASIM SThe online check-in function does not work well. As soon as I tried to check-in at 10:00 this morning, I was taken to a page that said a vehicle had not been assigned to my reservation and that I was to contact a customer service line. Hoping to avoid the expected 30 minute hold time, I went inside to speak to the clerk of the starbank convenience store. He was helpful enough, but it would have been nice and saved me a panic if I was informed that that was an option from the start. Furthermore, though I had reserved a dozen moving blankets (another customer picking up a truck at the same time had reserved 6), there was only one blanket available between the two of us. This meant that I had to delay my move to purchase moving blankets on my own, costing both time and money. The truck was clean, I’ve marked that equipment was not well maintained for this reason alone.

MICHAEL FI had a reservation at 11:30 am, but the person that had the truck took an extra 20 min to arrive, so at the end I got the truck 11:50 am. Lost 20 min of my elevador reservation just because of Uhaul.
LUCAS RMy destination is 448 Osiris Dr, Richmond Hill, but the system set the drop-off location at 1736 Eglinton Ave, which is 30 km away from my home. It cost me an additional $50 for rent and $15 for gas. I needed an explanation, but I failed by calling customer service. I still need an explanation!
Xuegang LThe staff should check the truck before the next customer. They charge me a cleaning fee for their negligence. Staff was too lazy to check the truck after returning to them.

RIGOBERT BThe truck was rough! Seemed like it needed some maintenance.. steering was sloppy, and the suspension left something to be desired. But it was a moving truck that made it from A to B for us and we appreciated that.
WILLIAM GThe uhail was dirty. Had garbage from previous customers. When we turned the air conditioning on it smelled of smoke. So we cleaned it and had an air freshener. Other than that was a smooth ride.
