It took almost an hour to get the truck signed out. The system was down, and apparently this happens every month, because the system can't handle the increase in truck rentals at that time.
Chantel MI reached at the pickup location conveniently by transit, there's bus route 29, 34 and line 5 within walking distance. I arrived 20 mins before to give myself enough time for pickup formalities. The CX agent was professional. I was required to present original driver's license and payment method can be cash, debit or credit. As soon as the formalities are done, I received a link to upload images of the truck from all 4 sides. I would recommend taking pictures of the exterior and interior of the truck for your own safety and record. Very good location.
