I got billed a 20 dollar after hour drop off fee no one told me about as I did a favor in dropping it off at that location to help place that equipment in a needed location. Disappointed

The furniture pads we paid to rent were missing, yet we were still charged for them. The windshield wipers would get stuck on the side of the van so they would not work until you physically pushed them back onto the windshield which made for a relatively unsafe driving experience where I had to pull over multiple times.
Lincoln HAlmost everything was great. Unfortunately, the battery on the truck was dead when I tried to leave. They were able to jump-start the truck pretty quickly and get me out the door.
