MICHAEL UI must say that the Gentleman at the counter that helped me and rented the equipment to me was very nice and assisted me and Hooked it up to my truck. Im disabled and on top of that I have a broken leg. The staff and Owner Mike were very concerned and attentive to my needs for assistance and even offered to meet me if need be to load the car up on the dolly if I couldn't get it with my current conditions. I've rented from UHAUL ALL OF THE COUNTY and this location is by far the best experience that I have ever had at with UHAUL and or other competitors. I definitely will find a need to come back and rent equipment 😆

ginger sThere is not a whole lot of room for improvement. The trailer was made ready prior to my punctual arrival. After a friendly interaction finishing up the rental transaction, the trailer was expertly and professionally hitched to my truck by a staff member.

JEFFREY NEmployees were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me prior to arrival as your website would not allow me to change my information as the date of departure was incorrect and then you wanted me to pick up the rental somewhere else without giving me that information.

TIM ADrop off was after midnight therefore no staff were on site and again we had no jack or any way to lift the trailer off the hitch. Luckily, nobody scored a hernia lifting the biggest trailer you offer to rent.

John VNothing needs improvement. Customer service was excellent! We went there in person to do the final paperwork and everything was done over the computer. The whole process only took about 10 minutes plus with keys in hand we were ready to leave for our destination.

Antonio LYour software is a little glitchy. Information I had completed On-line had to be reentered at the U-Haul location. Lost time!

Tomasa CMAK went out of there way to have the trailer there for me. As for Uhaul themselves well if they have a trailer or truck that is going to be rented for multiple days and they say its a local so you have to go get it somewhere else is not good. no one wants to travel 1/2 hour to 1 hr one way to get the item they are renting.
Dale SThe overall experience was good. I did try and check the vehicle back in after hours and the U-Haul website repeatedly timed me out. The location and owner were wonderful the U-Haul website needs some work.
